San Jose

It’s been a busy and totally exhausting week.  We packed up all our belongings and made the drive to San Jose to await the arrival of our little lady.  Packing is always tiring.  Packing when you are 9 months pregnant and it is 100 degrees outside and there is no air conditioning is …. even more tiring.

But, we’re here!  San Jose has really mild weather so it is nice and cool, we have amazing accommodations with some friends of ours and we are just about 7 minutes from the hospital.  I have an appointment with Costa Rican Baby Doc on Monday and hopefully he will tell me that the baby will be coming soon!  I’m not great at waiting.

Aiman is getting his 2 year molars (awesome timing) and has some kind of crazy rash covering a big chunk of his body so he is not happy, refuses to sleep anywhere but our bed and has been waking up screaming in pain in the middle of the night for the past 2 nights.  I guess I should be grateful that I am getting a small reminder of what it is like to have a newborn before our little one arrives, but really I just want some sleep!

Point of the story, I’m too tired to do much of anything but Bula Ball work and T.V. watching so instead of a witty post you get cuteness from a recent day trip to Mal Pais before we left for San Jose.

He’s such a little stud.
